We have come to the conclusion that we must incorporate this valuable source into the development of work, the activities of quality enhancement. Our A3 method is to understand and apply thinking.

The purpose of training:

  • Thanks to implementing and documenting in house the PDCA cycle regularly, we may access lean business process and systems effectively.

Training Requirements:

Training room, projector, white board, flipcharts, colored pens, colorful stickers, Preparation board for teamwork(A4 paper), sticky tape, audio systems for video , voluntary participation.
