The purpose of training:

For selection and supply of all equipments that we use such as machine, facility, mold our managers are informed about the following issues:

  • Minimization of equipment lead time and start-up time
  • Being considered of Lifetime Cycle Cost rather than price of equipment purchase
  • Not being repeated past mistakes (wrong choices)
  • Ensure that all experience of the establishment is gathered and made independent from the common knowledge base;
  • Reduced maintenance costs.

  • Flexible, short setup time
  • Low maintenance requirement

  • DRs(Design Review)

Participants:

Senior managers, mid-level managers, managers of production and maintenance, manager candidates

Duration:

1 day, theoritical training and 6 team work

Training Requirements:

Training room, projector, white board, flipcharts, colored pens, colorful stickers, Preparation board for teamwork(A4 paper), sticky tape, audio systems for video , voluntary participation.
