Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)

The purpose of training:

The OEE index is one of the basic indicators for the calculation and development of the operational performance of machines, production lines and factories. OEE, which is calculated taking into account the components of time use, speed utilization and quality performance, also allows us to classify our losses and to measure them with the right methods.

The losses calculated in the OEE are related to the performance of machines and equipment.

However, it is also necessary to identify and calculate losses that are not related to machinery and equipment, and which are not seen in the classical cost structure at the same time. It is aimed  to calculate  these losses by cost-loss matrix.
