The Purpose of Training:

"Lean Management" is learning the value, spontaneous (accidental) losses and wastes broadly in the process of product / service delivery which extends from the first source to the final customer.

Standard Work, Toyota Principles, Policy ? , TWI, PDCA Cycle, the conditions to focus on providing excellence value to the customer will be conveyed.

  • PDCA Cycle
  • Increasing Value
  • 6 Group Study and EXAM (to measure training effectiveness)

Participants:

Senior and Middle level managers, manufacturing, quality and maintenance managers, managers in Office Processes, manager candidates

  • Adopting an approach which involves the respect for human beings and appreciation of ideas for lean
