OPERRA is a bilingual manufacturing ERP built module by module. It unites orders, BOM and routing, work orders, stock, purchasing, quality and shipping with make-to-stock, make-to-order and engineer-to-order models and sector templates on one platform, with a role/permission matrix for multi-user work.

Define item masters
Register finished goods, semi-finished goods and materials with type, production strategy (MTS/MTO), unit and critical stock; bulk-import via CSV.

Build the bill of materials
The multi-level BOM is built with net and scrap-adjusted quantities, operation links and substitute groups; it explodes for the production quantity and rolls up standard cost.

Define resources
Register machines and workstations with type, parallel units, efficiency, number of operations, weekly hours and capacity calendar.

Fill in the capability matrix
The capability matrix records which operation can run on which machine and in how many minutes; planning and scheduling read from this table.

Track orders
The order status screen shows the stage of every line — from customer request to approval, planning and active work order — with dates and priority.

Create work orders
Work orders are opened from orders to be planned; source order, item, quantity, due date and number of operations are listed and passed on to PLANORA.

Manage operations
In the work order detail, operation sequence, setup, run and wait times, suggested machine and materials are managed; linked sub-work orders can be opened.
