After our full-day site visit at our Yeniköy Production Campus, I wanted to share the message of appreciation that our VP of Operations sent to all our directors. Thank you very much for your contribution and support in this work; thank you again for your valued collaboration.

Our acquaintance that began with TPM in 2012 continues today as an indispensable friendship. Under the umbrella of Autonomous Management, Business Excellence and Planned Maintenance, and with a constant 'Go to Gemba' principle, Grupas crowns its consulting. For Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Business Excellence and Process Analysis, it is in my view the single address.

We worked with Selami and Erol on TPM — masters of their subject who manage teamwork well. Instead of imposing fixed templates, they work with you to produce solutions suited to your culture, so employees adopt the practices without difficulty. We refer them with complete confidence.

Grupas is a very strong team at both 'catching fish' and 'teaching to fish.' They analyzed our culture and expectations very well and met our needs. They deliver clear results in making processes efficient, in employee ownership, in Autonomous Management and in doing it right the first time. Companies — and our country — need Grupas.

We met Grupas in 2016 and together integrated Operational Excellence practices into our plant. Our perspective and way of working changed; they guided us in computing our lines' efficiency and financial impact. By developing and applying field activities directly with shop-floor staff, we raised productivity and began eliminating chronic problems. Now we talk about preventing problems rather than solving them.

We worked with Grupas on operational excellence. Their broad range of service, their strong theoretical and practical knowledge, and their proactivity are their key traits. We had a year-long consulting engagement with Erol on Corporate Development. In seeking solutions they are results-oriented and diligent in follow-up; they embrace turning employees into team players within the system. By bringing a fresh approach to our processes and with their sincere attitude, they became colleagues running toward the same goal as us.

Within the Sentez Group 'Lean Leadership Development Program,' thank you once again for your valuable insights and contribution in the 'Shop-Floor Application / Reducing Breakdowns, Minor Stops and Speed Loss' training. We were very glad to have met you; we look forward to the additional module work.

In May 2023 we completed a Productivity Analysis and Lean Manufacturing consulting program at our pilot simit facility. The process was highly productive and met our expectations and needs. We thank Grupas and our valued consultants for their contribution.

We completed the 'Fundamentals of Process Management' training we began in October–December 2023 across six sessions. Designing the content to our needs and meeting our expectations made the project productive for us. We thank Grupas and our valued consultants for their contribution.

We completed Problem-Solving Techniques training at our company across seven sessions in September–November 2023. The process was productive and met our needs, full of examples applicable to our work. Topics suited to the common needs of employees from different departments met our requirements.

In December 2023 we completed 'Leadership & Teamwork – Communication and Time Management' training across two sessions. Through open communication our consultant reached all our staff and added value. This was our third training; starting from our grey-collar employees, we all came to speak the same communication language.

The 'Finance for Non-Financial Managers' training we received at our Bodrum site in March 2023 was highly productive and met our expectations. A financial perspective formed among our employees and the use of financial-management thinking grew in how we work. We thank Grupas and our valued trainer.

The 'Financial Performance Indicators and Ratios / Financial Feasibility' training we received in November 2021 was highly productive and met our expectations and needs. Our manager's financial-management professionalism grew; our way of working gained meaning from a financial-management perspective. We thank Grupas and our valued consultant.
