Personal Data Protection — Privacy Notice
At Grupas Gelişim we value the privacy of the personal data you share in our maturity and assessment tools. This notice explains how your data is processed under Türkiye's data-protection law (KVKK No. 6698).
Data Controller
The data controller is Grupas Gelişim Danışmanlık ve Eğitim (info@grupas.com.tr, İstanbul).
Data Processed
Name, surname, corporate e-mail, phone, company name and the answers you provide during the analysis.
Purposes
Conducting the assessment, preparing and sending your report, contacting you, and improving our services.
Legal Basis
Your data is processed based on your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You may withdraw consent at any time.
Retention, Security & Transfer
Data is stored securely in the Grupas database, deleted/anonymized when the purpose ends, and not shared with third parties except legal obligations.
Cookies & Visitor Analytics
We use cookies and anonymous analytics to measure usage; your raw IP is not stored and the visitor identifier is anonymised via a daily-rotating hash. If you accept cookies, a persistent first-party cookie is used to recognise you on return visits; if you submit a contact/analysis form, the information you provide may be linked to your browsing on our site. Without consent, only anonymous measurement is performed. You may withdraw consent via “Decline” on the cookie bar or by clearing your browser cookies.
Digital Assistant (GURU)
Conversations with our digital assistant GURU may be stored ANONYMOUSLY (no raw IP; daily-rotating hash identifier) to improve the service and understand common topics. If you share an e-mail/phone in the chat, it is stored only so we can get back to you. Otherwise the record is not linked to your identity.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may access, correct, delete, object to processing and withdraw consent. Requests: info@grupas.com.tr.
Free of Charge
These maturity and assessment analyses are provided free of charge for organizations to measure their maturity.
