Executive Shares – Leadership Sessions
Executive Shares is a leadership sessions program designed for senior executives that moves beyond the classic training format. In each session, a single leadership topic determined according to the organization's needs and dynamics is put on the agenda; through facilitation, executives bring forward their own knowledge and experience, and collective learning is achieved. The aim is to internalize the chosen topic, to reflect strengths more fully in business results, and to identify development opportunities and turn them into concrete actions.
The program can be delivered online or face to face; each session lasts a maximum of 2 hours and participation is limited to a maximum of 12 people. When needed, it is supported with executive coaching. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance.
