Grupas' Job Evaluation and Norm Staffing Workshop is a 2-day interactive training and application program that enables businesses to assess every position against predefined criteria such as knowledge, experience, competency and difficulty, and to express the value of the job in numerical terms.
The program covers end to end: the 8 steps of the blue-collar job evaluation process, the white-collar role profiling and job families approach, building the compensation and benefits structure, and the norm staffing management cycle. The principle of "equal pay for jobs of equal value, different pay for jobs of different value" is the workshop's fundamental starting point.
