Management Skills Training for Middle Managers
The quality of management gives a direct indication of an organization's perceived quality. The success of corporate development and change processes depends largely on middle managers' leadership style, relationship management and openness to change. Grupas' 2-day "Management Skills for Middle Managers" training is designed to accelerate newly appointed managers' and managerial candidates' transition from a classical management approach to contemporary management, and from being a manager to being a leader.
The program consists of two parts: core management responsibilities and management functions (planning, organizing, coordination, motivating, delegation, communication, control) and advanced management and leadership topics (10 modern leadership functions, decision-making and values, teamwork and synergy, conflict management, customer focus). The training is delivered in a classroom setting with interactive exercises, with a maximum capacity of 15 participants; all participants who successfully complete the program receive a Certificate of Attendance.
