The GRUPAS Project-Based Risk Management training is a hands-on, 2-day classroom program that equips participants with the ability to identify, analyze and manage the risks they may encounter in their projects. Starting from the core concepts, models and standards of risk management, the program extends to qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques, prioritization with the 5x5 risk matrix (probability x impact), risk response strategies (avoidance, transfer, mitigation, acceptance), risk monitoring dashboards and real-life case studies. Financial, operational, technological and human resources risk categories are addressed holistically.
