Risk Management Training — Turn Corporate Risks into Opportunities
The Grupas Risk Management Training is a 2-day, practice-oriented classroom program that enables organizations to systematically identify, analyze and manage the uncertainties they face. Starting from risk concepts and risk categories, the program covers the steps of establishing the context, risk identification, analysis, evaluation, treatment and monitoring. It is based on the ISO 31000 and COSO ERM frameworks; methods such as the risk matrix (heat map), FMEA, Fine-Kinney, FTA, Bow-Tie, the Delphi technique, brainstorming, checklists and SWOT analysis are conveyed through hands-on application. In addition, the "Three Lines of Defense" formed by the risk management, internal control and internal audit functions, as well as corporate integration, are addressed. Through case studies, workshops and group work on processes specific to the automotive sector, product safety and supply chain risks, theory is turned into practice.
