Design Thinking Training
Design Thinking, a cyclical approach aimed at understanding people, setting assumptions aside and generating innovative solutions to problems, systematizes organizations' innovation capacity. Grupas' training carries the steps of Empathize – Define – Ideate – Prototype – Test into teams' daily work with hands-on tools and templates (persona canvas, empathy map, POV/HMW, impact–effort matrix, Crazy 8s, SCAMPER, 6-3-5 Brainwriting, dot voting, low-fidelity prototyping, usability testing, SUS/CSAT/CES). Through sample cases such as an e-commerce returns process, bank mobile onboarding, a healthcare appointment system, airport self-service kiosks and hotel check-in, theory is connected to real business problems.
Benefits of the Training for Participating Companies
- Defining the right problem: POV and HMW structures prevent resources from being spent on the wrong problem.
- Fast and low-cost learning: With prototypes built in 1-2 days, critical assumptions are tested early, reducing development costs and the risk of error.
- Decision-making based on user evidence: With measurable criteria such as interviews, observation, A/B testing and SUS scores, intuitive decisions give way to data.
- Scalability in creative idea generation: Structured brainstorming techniques narrow a broad concept pool down to 3-5 prioritized, feasible concepts.
- Improvement in customer experience: An increase in task completion rates, a decrease in the number of errors and the elimination of pain points.
- A common language across teams: A sustainable, cyclical working culture through stakeholder alignment, documentation and iteration plans.
Who Is It For?
Teams and managers developing new products/services, running production, design and process improvement, and wishing to collect feedback through workshops, field observation and user interviews.
