ZINCIRELLA – The Supply Chain Game: Supply Chain Management Training Through Gamification
Supply chain management is an area that is easy to understand in theory, yet difficult to make decisions in on the ground. GRUPAS's ZINCIRELLA – The Supply Chain Game is an in-class, interactive training & development program that lets participants experience supply chain dynamics through gamification, giving them both a strategic and an operational perspective.
The program consists of two parts: The first part covers the definition, purpose and core functions of the supply chain; the flow of materials, information and money; push and pull systems, the bullwhip effect and effective supply chain management. In the second part, participants play the ZINCIRELLA game and personally experience the importance of collaboration, the interaction between systems, the cost–customer service level optimum, and synchronization in the production process. Successful participants are certified with a certificate of attendance.
