Awareness Trainings – For Managers: "Why Don't Employees Speak Up or Take Risks?"
Ideas that never surface in meetings, mistakes that stay hidden, risks that are never taken… Employee silence is one of the most invisible causes of lost innovation and performance in organizations. This Grupas awareness training shows managers the psychological dynamics behind silence — expectation of punishment, fear of losing face, and negative past experiences — and equips them with concrete leadership behaviors that increase psychological safety and the courage to speak up within the team.
The program consists of modules on the psychology of employee silence, the risk-avoidance cycle, micro-practices for creating a safe space, and a leader action plan. It offers a 5-stage instructional design aligned with adult learning principles, made up of interactive delivery, case analysis, leadership reflection, small group discussion, and action plan design. It is delivered as a 60-minute awareness training or a 90-minute in-depth version, for groups of 8–18 people. Training output: "A Courage-to-Speak Plan for My Own Team" and a 30-day trial plan.
