Conflict and Tension Management – Micro-Training for Managers
Conflict is inevitable in teams; when left unmanaged, it bills the organization in the form of passive-aggressive behavior, communication breakdowns, gossip and declining performance. Grupas' "Conflict and Tension Management" micro-training equips managers with the ability to spot conflict early, establish neutral ground and drive it to a concrete resolution. The program is built on differentiating conflict types (task, relationship, value, role), a 5-step mediation model, role-plays based on realistic scenarios, and a structured "Conflict Resolution Framework" that the manager can use in the field.
The format is flexible: a 60-minute micro-training or a 90-minute hands-on micro-training. The learning approach is experiential learning (70% practice / 30% theory), supported by interactive presentation, case analysis, role-play, reflection and template design methods. The recommended group size is 8–16 participants.
