Change and Resistance Management Workshop (180–240 Minutes) – For Managers
Digital transformation, restructuring and new organizational models often stall at human resistance, even when they are technically well designed. Grupas' Change and Resistance Management Workshop teaches managers to read resistance not as a personal problem but as a systemic and natural response, and then to turn it into a manageable plan. The workshop is built on a Diagnosis – Communication – Planning – Implementation flow and is fully hands-on: case analysis, group work, message-writing exercises, roadmap design and structured feedback.
Participants leave the workshop with two concrete outputs: a Resistance Map prepared for their own teams and a Change Roadmap covering objectives, risk areas, communication plan, support mechanisms, key milestones, and measurement–feedback headings.
