The Human Factor in Change Management – Micro-Training for Managers
In digital transformation, restructuring and new organizational structures, what really makes projects difficult is not technology, but human reactions. Grupas' "The Human Factor in Change Management" micro-training teaches managers the psychology of resistance, anxiety and communication during change processes; it enables them to treat resistance not as a personal problem, but as a natural human reaction.
The program consists of four modules: the psychology of change and the change curve, the reasons behind resistance and anxiety (lack of trust, role ambiguity, fear of inadequacy, job security concerns), communication principles that build trust in times of uncertainty along with what to avoid, and a Personal Change Communication Checklist that each participant prepares for their own team. Through interactive delivery, case analysis, leadership reflection and small group discussions, theory turns into practice. It is offered as a 60-minute micro-training or a 90-minute applied micro-training format, for groups of 8–16 people.
