Giving and Receiving Feedback | 60–90 Minute Micro-Training
In most organizations, feedback is either never given at all or ends in defensive reactions. Grupas' "Giving and Receiving Feedback" micro-training enables employees to use feedback not as a judgment, but as development data. Its compact 60- or 90-minute format can be delivered without disrupting a busy work schedule; with interactive delivery, self-assessment, role play and template design, it focuses on practice far more than theory.
The program consists of the following modules: the fundamentals of feedback, reducing defense mechanisms (STOP – LISTEN – UNDERSTAND – RESPOND), the SBI (Situation – Behavior – Impact) development language model, application through real business scenarios, and a personalized "Feedback Template". At the end of the training, every participant creates their own Personal Feedback Card.
