Stress Management in the Workplace – 60/90-Minute Micro Training
A fast pace, target pressure and increasing workloads directly affect employees' focus, performance and motivation. Grupas' "Stress Management in the Workplace" micro training is a hands-on corporate training program designed to deliver high impact in a short time. With an Awareness + Practice + Action approach, participants recognize how stress builds up, along with their personal triggers and early warning signals, learn 3 quick regulation techniques they can apply immediately (4-6-8 Breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 Sensory Grounding, Cognitive Reframing) and create their own Mini Stress Management Plan.
The program is delivered in a 60-minute fast-track or a 90-minute hands-on format; it follows a 5-stage hybrid method consisting of interactive delivery, a breathing exercise, individual writing activities, mini group sharing and a closing reflection.
