Field Leaders Skill Management Program
The path to achieving targeted business results quickly and permanently in companies runs through the competence of the leaders who manage the field. Grupas Gelişim's Field Leaders Skill Management Program offers a three-stage system that covers end to end the definition, leveling, measurement and development of the knowledge and skills required for each position.
1. Creating the Skill Matrix: For every position, core job knowledge and skills, skills in using lean techniques and tools (abnormality management, 5S, autonomous maintenance, loss elimination, A3 reporting, ECRS, Poka Yoke, SMED, One Point Lesson) and problem-solving and improvement skills (8D, before–after kaizen, kobetsu and kaikaku kaizen, brainstorming, root cause analysis) are defined and graded at 4 levels: does not know, can do under supervision, can do independently, can teach others.
2. Skill Measurement and Assessment: Question sets, measurement methods (written exam, hands-on experience, etc.), passing scores and the assessment team are determined, and current skill levels are identified on an individual basis.
3. Skill Development Programs: Training content and materials are prepared to address the identified skill gaps, trainings are planned and delivered, and afterwards re-measurement is carried out to prove the improvement.
