The Johari Window: The 4 Windows of Self-Awareness Training
The Johari Window is a globally used communication and self-awareness model in which information about an individual is divided into four areas according to whether it is known by the person themselves and by others. Developed by Joseph Luft and Harrington Ingham in 1955, this model — through the Open Area, Blind Area, Hidden Area and Unknown Area — enables employees to know themselves, become open to feedback and build trust-based relationships within the team.
