Focus Group Workshop Program

The Grupas Focus Group Workshop Program is a structured workshop service that examines survey data in depth, clarifies areas open to improvement, and generates concrete, applicable solution proposals for those areas. The program is carried out in three stages — Preparation Stage, Workshop Day, and Post-Workshop — accompanied by a professional moderator.
In the preparation stage, the purpose of the workshop is defined, survey results are analyzed and priority topics are selected, the moderation plan is prepared, and participants are informed. On the workshop day, planned as 4 hours, the findings are shared, improvement areas are identified and prioritized through group discussion and brainstorming, solution proposals are developed through small group work; the proposals are evaluated in terms of impact and applicability and selected by voting. After the workshop, a report containing the findings and solution proposals is prepared; an action plan defining the responsible people and the timeline is created, the results are shared with all employees, and the implementation process is monitored.
