8D Problem Solving Training
Developed by Ford and defined in 1987 as "Team Oriented Problem Solving", the 8D methodology is a powerful problem solving approach used to systematically address serious problems whose root causes are unknown. Grupas Gelisim's 8D Problem Solving program delivers, through hands-on practice, the steps of preparation, team building, defining the problem, interim containment actions, identifying root causes, permanent corrective actions, verifying results, standardization and deployment, and recognizing the team.
