Train the Trainer – Effective Training Skills Program for In-House Trainers
Adult education plays a critical role in adapting to a constantly changing and transforming business world. Grupas' Train the Trainer program aims to develop trainer candidates so that the in-house training planned within the organization can be made more effective, participant-focused and successful. The program consists of 15 modules that address adult learning processes with a holistic approach, combining theoretical knowledge and practical applications: the andragogical approach, learning principles, participant analysis, training content and delivery planning, interactivity and gamification, visual tools, on-the-job training practices and training evaluation.

Duration & Certification
2 days / 14 hours of classroom training in total, groups of maximum 15 people. A corporate-approved certificate of attendance is issued after 80% attendance and a practical assessment.
