Micro-Trainings – For Managers: Mobbing, Harassment and Psychosocial Risk Management
When mobbing, harassment and psychosocial risks are not correctly identified, they threaten employee engagement as well as the organization's reputation and legal security. Grupas' micro-training program designed specifically for managers equips leaders who manage people with the competence to correctly define these issues from a managerial perspective, recognize early warning signals, and carry out an impartial, safe first response. The training focus is clear: awareness + legal risk reduction + safe leadership intervention.
The program is built around the distinction between mobbing, harassment and conflict; common psychosocial risks and early warning signals; frequent intervention mistakes (taking sides, minimizing, bypassing the formal process, blaming the victim); and the 5-Step Intervention Model. Through case analysis, group discussion and template work, a customizable "First Response Checklist" output is created for each manager.
Format
A 60-minute Micro-Training or a 90-minute Applied Micro-Training option. The 90-minute module is recommended for comprehensive learning. Recommended group size: 8–16 participants.
