Psychological Safety Leadership Workshop (180–240 Minutes)
The common denominator of high-performing teams is psychological safety: the courage to share mistakes, voice ideas and take interpersonal risks. Grupas' Psychological Safety Leadership Workshop is a hands-on leadership development program that enables managers to make the invisible culture within their teams visible, to notice leader behaviors that damage trust, and to turn all of this into a concrete system.
The workshop consists of mapping team norms, case analysis of trust breaking points, designing trust rituals and creating a "Team Charter Draft". Delivered as a 180-minute or an extended 240-minute version, it is run with groups of 10–20 people through breakout group work. The focus: Awareness + System + Concrete Team Output.
