Team Management Program – "I Manage My Team": Aligned Teams, Strong Results
The Grupas Team Management Program is a comprehensive training and development program designed to enhance managers' skills in leading, motivating and producing results together with their teams. The program covers, in a hands-on way, all the core competencies a manager needs in the field — from the concepts of leadership, management and coaching to team dynamics, and from conflict management to the transfer of authority and delegation. Under the heading "Leading the Team", two different content options (2 days and 3 days) are offered; the program is delivered in a classroom training format consisting of a total of 5 days + a 2-hour session, and participation is limited to a maximum of 15 people. Participants who complete the training receive a Certificate of Attendance.
