AIAG CORE TOOLS – PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) Training
PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is a global standard used in the automotive industry to verify the quality of parts and components. It is a critical step that proves, prior to shipment, that a supplier's production processes comply with predefined standards and customer specifications. Grupas' 1-day AIAG Core Tools PPAP training enables the establishment of a sustainable and efficient production part approval process within the framework of the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System.
The training covers the meaning of PPAP and its process flow, IATF and PPAP requirements, the content of documents and records, the creation of the PPAP file, the AAR (Appearance Approval Report), the PSW (Part Submission Warrant), the relationship with customer-specific requirements, and customer negotiations, all supported by hands-on examples. The 4-stage approval process — gathering the documents, producing sample parts, review and approval, and launching the production process — is presented step by step.

Who Is It For?
It is designed for middle and senior managers, engineers and technical personnel responsible for processes working in the automotive and similar manufacturing sectors.
Delivered in a classroom setting over 1 day, the training is limited to a maximum of 15 participants in order to increase interaction. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, and those who pass the exam, if one is held, receive a Certificate of Achievement.
