AIAG Core Tools – SPC (Statistical Process Control) Training

Grupas' AIAG Core Tools SPC training conveys complex statistical concepts in plain language, with practical examples from daily life and the shop floor. It addresses application areas and best practices on the basis of IATF 16949; with Minitab applications and practical exercises, it makes what is learned immediately transferable to the field.
The training content covers general statistics fundamentals, evaluation of process variability, special and common causes, types of control charts (X̄-R, X̄-S, I-MR, p, np, c, u), ensuring and monitoring process capability, as well as process control techniques and problem solving. It is delivered as a 1-day, face-to-face classroom training, conducted interactively with a maximum capacity of 15 participants. Participants receive a Certificate of Attendance, and in case an exam is held, those who pass receive a Certificate of Achievement.
