CQI-19 Sub-Tier Supplier Management Process Training
In the automotive supply chain, quality risks most often originate from sub-tier suppliers. Grupas' CQI-19 Sub-Tier Supplier Management Process training addresses this standard, part of the "Automotive Supplier Quality Requirements", from end to end, building the competencies needed to properly evaluate, select, monitor and develop current and potential suppliers. Part of our industry-specific programs, the training is supported by in-class practical exercises alongside theoretical instruction.
The training content covers definitions, IATF 16949 and the purchasing process, the CQI-19 pre-selection and selection stages, the APQP and PPAP stage, performance monitoring, development and escalation. In addition, sub-tier supplier requirements, the pass-through characteristic tool, risk assessment and supplier evaluation tables are studied through hands-on practice.
