Hoshin Kanri – Strategy Deployment Training
If strategies stay on paper and goals never reach the shop floor, the problem is not the strategy but the deployment. Grupas' Hoshin Kanri – Strategy Deployment training conveys end to end how corporate vision and mission are turned into concrete goals, action plans and daily work, with an approach focused on policy deployment, management by objectives and PDCA.
The program covers the concepts of strategy and strategic management, the strategic planning process, the history of Hoshin Kanri, its purposes, 4 core tasks and 7 steps, True North, focus, alignment and integration, the use of collective wisdom, and the principles of accountability and rapid response. In practice, participants work with SWOT analysis, medium- and long-term business plans, SMART goals, the policy deployment matrix, A3 thinking and reporting, the PDCA cycle, catchball and improvement management tools.
