Corporate Performance Management Training | Strategic Goals, Measurable Results, Continuous Improvement
"You cannot manage what you cannot measure." Where accurate information is missing, assumptions and biases erode the quality of management. Grupas' 2-day Corporate Performance Management training enables organizations to build systems for defining, measuring, evaluating, developing and recognizing the performance of both the organization and individuals in line with corporate strategies and goals. The program covers the concept of performance, strategic objectives and SMART goals, KPIs together with leading and lagging indicators, the Balanced Scorecard, OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment, the performance management process and change management (Kotter, ADKAR). The content is delivered in a classroom setting through interactive exercises and group work.
What It Brings to Your Organization
- Translation of strategies into concrete, measurable goals and the right KPIs; clear answers to the questions "where do we want to be and how will we get there"
- Consistent cascading of goals to every level of the organization through the Hoshin Kanri strategy deployment matrix
- Data-driven decision making: higher management quality based on actual results instead of assumptions and biases
- A balanced view of performance through the Balanced Scorecard's financial, customer, process and learning–growth perspectives
- Stronger focus, transparency and cross-departmental alignment with the OKR methodology
- Monitoring of process performance with leading and lagging indicators; early detection of problems and increased efficiency
- Establishment of a continuous improvement cycle extending from current-state analysis to gap analysis, and from measurement and evaluation to recognition and reward
- Management of resistance to change and sustainable transformation programs based on the Kotter and ADKAR models
