Enterprise Risk Management Training Program

Grupas' Enterprise Risk Management Training Program addresses the risk management process within the framework of internationally accepted principles, rules and standards, using case studies to give participants a holistic and applicable perspective.
The program consists of two parts. The Fundamental Concepts and Processes section covers the definition of risk, the classification of risks (operational, financial, compliance, reputational, strategic), the importance of enterprise risk management, the risk-intelligent organization, roles and responsibilities, the relationship between risk management, internal control and internal audit, and the phases of an ERM project. The Implementation and Analysis Processes section covers, in a hands-on manner, setting strategy and objectives, identifying risks, gross/net risk assessment, likelihood and impact analysis, the risk map, determining priority risks, the risk action plan, risk appetite and tolerance, as well as key risk indicators (KRIs) and early warning systems.
